  • 1 Includes breakfast and lunch (except July 7th Lunch) during the conference, as well as a welcome reception on July 4th and a banquet on July 7th. However, registrants who registered after June 21st may not receive admission to the July 7th banquet, due to limited space.
  • 2 The registration fee paid online is transferable by June 15, 2022.
  • 3 In the case of sponsor organization, group registration is possible under the name of the organization.
  • 4 A young generation program (YGP) participant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
  • 5 Family registration must be done using a separate link provided on the website.
  • 6 One day between July 4 and 8 only. (Thursday, July 7, Banquet ticket is not included and must be purchased separately)
  • 7 Banquet is not included for one-day registrants only and must be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellation submitted by May 10, 2022
  • 50% refund for cancellation from May 11 to Jun 30, 2022
  • No refund after July 1, 2022.
