Canada-Korea Conference on Science and Technology (CKC) is an international conference jointly organized by the Association of Korean Canadian Scientist and Engineers (AKCSE) and the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST). Fostering collaborations between Canada and Korea has been the key focus of conference. CKC has brought together scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and young students from Canada and Korea, and provided an important platform to build network, share knowledge and develop collaborative research. CKC features Technical sessions, Canada-Korea R&D collaboration programs, Research Showcase as well as Young Generation/Professional Program.

Abstracts are sought to address theoretical and applied research issues related to a diverse range of disciplines in Science and Engineering.

All abstracts must be technical in nature. One-page abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Selected abstracts will be presented in technical sessions or research showcase. Poster presentations will also take place during the conference. The abstracts will be published in the conference proceeding.

  • Abstract Deadline June 30th, 2021

At least one of the authors must register for the conference and submit an abstract and present the abstract at the conference. (A participant can submit a maximum of two abstracts.) Please follow the instructions for the preparation of abstracts, oral and poster presentations at the CKC 2021 website (akcse.ca/CKC2021/)


For selected high caliber abstracts, the conference organizer may provide partial travel support for the conference.

Exhibition

Various companies, research institutes, and funding agencies will host exhibition during the conference.
