- 1 Includes breakfast and lunch during the conference, as well as a welcome reception on June 16th and a banquet on June 19th.
- 2 The registration fee paid online is transferable by May 15, 2024.
- 3 Registration fee for general speaker, participant from sponsor organization, general judge.
- 4 A young generation program (YGP) participant must be a full-time undergraduate student (YG) or a graduate student or an early-career professional working in the industry (YP) who is a registered member of an AKCSE YG or YP chapter.
- 5 Family registration must be done using a separate link provided on the website.
- 6 One day between June 16 and 19 only. (Wednesday, June 19, 2024 Banquet ticket is not included and must be purchased separately)
- 7 Banquet ticket is not included for one-day registrants and family members. It must be purchased separately.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellation submitted by March 31, 2024
- 50% refund for cancellation from April 1 to May 15, 2024
- No refund after May 16, 2024.
