  • 1   Include breakfast during the conference and welcome reception (exclusive the banquet on June 19).
  • 2   The registration fee paid online is transferable by June 8.
  • 3   A young generation program (YGP) participant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
  • 4   This special registration rate for YGP participant includes 4-night accommodation during the conference (4 guests per room basis), breakfast, lunch, banquet, and YGP social events.
  • 5   One day between June 15 and 17 only.

Cancellation Policy

  • Early registration fee
    • 100 % refund for cancellation submitted by April 15, 2019
    • 50 % refund for cancellation from April 16 till June 15, 2019
    • No refund after CKC 2019 begins.
  • Regular registration fee
    • 50 % refund for cancellation submitted by June 15, 2019
    • No refund after CKC 2019 begins.
