- 1 The AKCSE member rate will be applied to additional participants over the waiver limit from the sponsor organization (see the registration fees for details).
- 2 The conference address and remarks are offered only to the President of corresponding sponsor organization.
- 3 Each sponsor session or event will contain the name of the sponsor organization in the session title (both the conference website and the proceeding booklet).
- 4 The invitation will be extended to the Vice President if the President of sponsor organization cannot attend the conference.
- 5 A regular fee for access to Research Day Program is CAD$1,000 per person.
- 6 The copy ready ad file must be provided by the sponsor.

Guidelines for Exhibit Booth, Banner Ad and Print Ad

- Ad Size Full page: 18 cm wide × 22 cm high at or above 600 dpi resolution
- Sponsor Logo File 6 cm × 1.6 cm at or above 600 dpi resolution
- How to Submit The ad and logo files (or a download link for large files) should be emaild to AKCSE(info@akcse.org)
- Submission Deadline May 14th, 2018 (Monday)

Shipping of Promotional Materials to CKC 2018 Venue
- The shipping label from a conference hotel must be affixed to each package (The label will be provided soon).
- The label must contain the event name (CKC2018).
- Please allow sufficient time to have all packages delivered to the hotel before the conference starts.
Note: The shipping companies usually deliver “prepaid” international package to hotel. Otherwise, the customer needs to pick up the packge at the local depot.
